No really it's on big giant glass marbles instead of casters. Brass Claw feet hold glass marbles swivels and all original iron mechanisms. Has been maintained pristinely. Only the seat has a crack through the wood and needs some more expert talent with the restoration. This is oak or walnut and very heavy. I have never seen a piece of woodworking skill and history this amazing. I'm afraid to try my refinishing skills with it.
