Sizing is similar to Little Sleepies, with a snugger waistband. My son wears a 3t in Little Sleepies and George Hats, but can comfortably wear a 4t (with a bit of an oversized top) in Posh Peanut, Lev Baby, and Little Bum Bums. In little sleepies 4t is too large in the pants. In George Hats 4t is too large in the sale shirt. Hope that helps!.
