This is a fun yet stylish skirt with full of whimsy. It will spice up to your cold winter. I used mostly fine, wool yarns, so it is light weight. I liked the wrinkled after washing the cloth, so I just left it like that.
I used elastic for the waistband. I would say it is a North American Medium size.
