Very good, pre-owned vintage Chakana pendant made with 950 genuine silver, mother of pearl, abalone, more. Gift box included! Handmade in Peru by artisans of the Quechua people of the Andes. Pendant measures 1.25” inch w, 1.75” H. Comes with 15 ½” glazed black rope chain with silver clasp. Materials: Shell, Silver, Stone Chakana is also known as the Andean Cross. Inside the cross is a square that represents the other two levels of existence. The three levels of existence are Hana Pacha (the upper world sale inhabited by the superior gods), Kay Pacha, (the world of our everyday existence) and Ukhu or Urin Pacha (the underworld inhabited by spirits of the dead, the ancestors, and various deities). Makes a great gift who anyone who appreciates Inca and Mayan art!.
