There are no other rips, tears, or smells, besides the armpit. The pelts are soft and supple. It was one of my wife's coats. We purchased it about 6 years ago from the original owner who said that it was put in cold storage during the off season. My wife has only worn it a few times since she bought it. The pelts are fully let out and it has an open hem. Measurements in inches Bust, measured on the inside from armpit to armpit and doubled: 34 Shoulders across the sale back: 17 Arm length: 22 Length: 42 Sweep: 78.
