Hand Painted Art sale from 1932

This is a landscape painting signed by the Artist Lillian Walker in 1932. She inscribed on the back “ Walter Truax from Miss Lillian Walker H. S. Graduation 1932”. It is in its original frame and in very good condition except for the paper on the back is very crisp and crumbles easily. sale I believe this to be watercolor as it does not look like oil or chalk.
