Process
After submitting your custom orders online, we will personally contact you within 1-business day with a few follow-up steps. We will begin the creation process after we receive all the required pieces (photo submissions, background colour, special request, etc.) Once we have a rough draft completed, we will send you a digital proof of the intended cut. This is your chance to relay to us your questions and concerns. Because of the time it sale takes to customize these projects, we are limited to 2 redrafts.
