Rare Large Frosted High Relief Black Cameo in Silver sale Link Bracelet, Victorian Revival Statement Jewelry

This very dimensional large chunky bracelet has a high relief Cameo that I believe is glass.
The cameo is set in a decorative bezel setting that rest on a silver tone metal ornate raised design. Two additional raised panels each holding a black glass cabochon are on each side of the center piece. There is a box slide in clasp.

In researching this unique piece, I hadn't seen any quite like it. It possibly could be an unsigned Whiting Davis from the 1940- 50's.
Nonetheless, it is still simply sale stunning!
