PRODUCT INFORMATION:

All our Fifth Gear Garms t-shirts are handmade items, made in-house to order by our artists from JoZo Collection, Jordan & Zoe. Every item's design is hand drawn, programmed, stitched, pressed, folded, and delivered all under the same roof in our London Studio.
Our t-shirts are made from 100% premium ring spun cotton, available in both black and white (on selected items).
All embroideries are stitched with exceptional detailing and quality by our industrial professional embroidery machines. Each design, once stitched, is backed with Soft Touch iron-on fabric for a comfortable, non-scratch feel.
Machine wash: 30° recommended

SIZE GUIDE:

Our unisex t-shirts are designed to fit all. All our t-shirt sizes are based on a Standard Men's UK regular fitted size guide. Most of our customers review our products as “true to size”.
Our t-shirts are measured by chest width X length. Chest width is the size from armpit to armpit and our length is measured by collar to base. If your size is not listed or available to purchase, please get in contact with us as we will be able to help.

- Large - 55 x 76 cm
- X Large - 60 x 78 cm

PERSONALISATION:

Most of our products can personalised when you purchase from our store. When you add your item to your basket, you will be prompted to choose your colour, size and your design placement on your garment. If you have a question regarding our personalisation tools, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

CUSTOMISATION:

At Fifth Gear Garms, we want to offer you, our customer, as much customisation as possible to your order. If you would like a custom design made or added to your order, please get in contact with us by clicking “message Fifth Gear Garms” and let us know in as much detail what you are looking for.
Please Note: A design fee may be applied to your custom order request.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

As it is our mission to be part of a better planet, we at Fifth Gear Garms want to reduce wasted stock, damaged returns, and unsold items. Thereby we offer our customers a bespoke made to order service. Every order is personal to you, the customer. We therefore have a strict no returns or exchanges policy for unwanted items, based on incorrect sizing, preference or liking. All sale product information is available to all our customers prior to purchase. If there is any information you need regarding our products that isn't available in the description, please contact us.
FAULTY PRODUCTS: If your product arrives damaged, at fault of the courier or delivery services. Take clear photos/ videos of delivery packaging before opening the product. Secondly take a photo/ video of the product itself. Send these files to us on Etsy in the customer chat. PLEASE NOTE - We cannot accept returns/ exchanges to faulty products if required files have not been shared.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

UK BUYERS: We "FifthGearGarms" are not liable to any refund or exchanges for parcels lost in transit in the UK when buyer chooses standard 1st or 2nd class delivery option. For protection and ease of mind, choose Royal mail signed for or tracked services at checkout. Once the Parcel has been dispatched from us "FifthGearGarms", it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the courier for updates or delivery date amendments. If you miss your delivery date and cannot sign for your parcel or the parcel is lost in transit, you're parcel lost or stolen. You must contact your selected local courier for more information.
