This book is as much a history book of Pensacola, FL as it is a cookbook and the authers tell you that where the recipes begin. The book is in great condition with vey little writing, the little note in the front is the only writing I saw. You can see it in the pictures and it verifies the age. 1974. The last 25 pages is advertising. It is interesting to see how many of theose businesses still exist. The numbers that still exist is substantial.
These vintage and antique paper objects are very delicate. Just touching them can cause a tear with sale little effort. We try to protect them by sandwiching them between two pieces of cardboard. Please use caution when opening them using sharp objects to cut the tape.
