This is the Marx Mansion with the extra extension Florida Room! The 7 rooms plus the patio are mostly furnished with Petite Princess Fantasy Furniture. The rooms are lit by push button lights. The Marxie Mansion comes with lots of quality furniture. You get everything you see! The roof is dented, especially under the chimney. The Florida Room is missing the tabs on the roof which connects it to the main house, but it has the floor tabs which keep it in place. The other tabs in the mansion are present along and there is some rust. Shipped unassembled. No sale.
