These are signed RP, there are a number of Native American artist who use these initials
Richard sale Pawicki, Rose Pincio, Rosalie Pinto, Robert Platero, Riley Polyquaptewa
Judging from the pieces on line by these artist, I believe either Richard Pawicki or Riley Polyquaptewa is the artists.
