This is a USA Made 100% cotton Eileen West Dress from the 1980's. The dropped waist style was very big in the 80's but it is very clearly mirroring the 1920's flapper style or even the 1915 Downton Abbey Style dress ! It's the 1980's does the 1920's ! It would make a lovely wedding dress or tea party dress. Square neckline with lace inserts and a beautifully pleated almost ankle sale length skirt. Lovely for mother or grandmother of the bride or groom. Also lovely bridesmaid or prom dress. Marked a size 4... I believe its still a size 4. Here are the measurements :Shoulder to shoulder is 17 inches, Sleeves 23 inches, Bust 34/36 Inches. Hips 36/37 inches.
