From Lady Antebellum and Lady A fame, Charles Kelley signed this and also sale inscribed "Thanks!" on the cover of the record he autographed. The two top corners are a bit dented. While brand new, it did not come sealed, and it has a small "cardboard record" smell from being around other records. Very rare item. The only one around on the internet from what I can find!.
