Dates sale from the late 1400's, i'm not sure what language it's written in, is a really beautiful piece of history, it was purchased by me from an auction, and is in fair condition considering it's age but it does have a good bit of damage (fragile paper, tears, rips, most of the damage is on the top, staining, fading, etc).
