Both have never been opened and are brand new. Overall, the box and the figure itself look to be in excellent shape. No major sale creases, dents nor tears on the box. There does seem to be some bowing on both sides and too and bottom of the window pane as if the adhesive did not fully adhere it, but nothing I would personally fret over. No immense issues that I can see myself, but PLEASE review all photos closely before purchasing and judge its condition for yourself.
