I am a Choctaw Indian artist living in Arizona. My passion has always been to create moving portraits.
My inspiration for this painting is a photo of a young Navajo woman in today's society. The original painting was done in 2019 for the" Year of the Woman”, and also used to bring attention to the number of indigenous women which go missing every day.
