READ CAREFULLY LIKE TITLE SAYS.. used, no box, no black rubber foots, no fan or rgb hubs. just the fan itself. the fan spins perfectly fine. no problems there. just a little wiped down and you'll be fine. but wait. there's more. on a few of the fans, either 1) the rgb does not work at all or 2) it works but it blinks, as if it is trying to establish a connection but not quite 100% and 3) I believe 2 or 3 of them, the rgb works with no problems. read this carefully and understand. if you don't understand, please ask. I know we both don't want to deal with returns and what not if you're sale good at soldering and lokes to tinker, then this should be an easy fix for you. or if you're someone who doesnt care for rgb, but as long as they're white and the fans work, then this is for you.
