You will receive (1) one plant in 4" nursery pot similar in picture. It is normal that plants may wilt or loose leaves as they grow and also from shipping stress. It will recover back as soon as it acclimates to your home or location. We do not offer plant photo request as we choose the best looking ones to ship.
I highly recommend adding heat packs to your order of plants and cuttings specially if your area is going below 45 degrees Fahrenheit. This is a 72 hour heat pack and will sale be activated before shipping. I will not be responsible to damaged plants due to extreme weather. So Please check your weather before ordering. I will pack your plants with extreme care but I cannot control the weather.
We ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only, that way your plant will get to you alive and healthy. It will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
No Alaska and Hawaii Shipping. Licensed and Inspected with the Florida Department of Agriculture.

It is very important for you to take pictures of your plants and the box it came with. Send me the pictures and I will help do the insurance claim. Thank you.
