These vintage Vendome earrings of crystal, aurora borealis, and beads are quite unusual. This is a superior line of jewelry. Vendome used the highest quality crystal beads and imported rhinestones. The earrings measure 1" (2.5cm ) in diameter. The design contains aurora borealis crystal beads as well as crystal beads of smoke and copper. There are copper colored beads and small rings of pave clear stones separating the large stones. It sounds like it should be a mess but the design is exquisite and each element complements the other. Vendome is the better quality Coro and this design is the proof. The back is rhodium and the Vendome name sale is printed on the earring shaft. The hinges are smooth and the clip itself has a screw to adjust the tension. These are a magnificent example of the finest Vendome. Rare.
