Used but taken very well care of. No rips / stains, perfect material that you can easily wipe off any spills so it'll last you a long time. Selling because I got sale a new one as a gift, but this bag has served me so well for work / vacation since it fits so much. Inside is perfectly fine, no rips. there's a few folds and creases on the bag due to it being in storage, but it's really not that noticeable when you wear it and fill it up with stuff. Lots of life left, hopefully someone else can use it well.
