Huge Antique 1930s Brooch Man Bicycle Penny Fathing sale Kinetic Mixed metals

Vintage mixed metal 1930s-40s oversized pin of a dapper man riding a penny-fathing. The sale wheels move! Excellent detail in his face! Measures 2 1/2” x 2 1/4.” Body is brass, unsure of the wheels. Wheels are lined with faceted cups - they never had rhinestones in them - the were bright cup to give the same effect. Condition - excellent, clean, no damage.
