Since this is handmade/poured, there could be imperfections and/or bubbles in the finished piece. I do work to make sure each finished product is made as beautifully as possible. However, since I am not a machine, each piece will not be exactly the same. Exchanges or refunds cannot be issued for this issue.
These items are made after they are ordered. These clutches are made from resin and take 30 days to fully cure before they can be safely mailed to you. I know this takes a lot of time, but I've learned from experience that mailing it to you too soon results in a damaged product.
