Sorry I do not refund you shipping cost in either direction. Full refunds are not available for custom pieces. Any piece containing preserved flowers will have a restocking charge for the preserved flowers. Shipping is included NOT free. Should you return your purchase, shipping will NOT be refunded in either direction.
