I don't think it's anything because I took detail pictures of the inside and there are no cracks on the inside. beautifully hand-painted - unsure what type of flower it is, but it could be a lotus flower combination of blue and cream background the gold on the lid sale, and the opening of the tea pot is magnificent gold a little worn on the handle see 9th picture could be professional repair on handle any questions just ask dont mind taking additional pictures.
