Don't need any surprises for either party. All lights are working and functioning. Turn the switch further and it makes gorey sounds, the kind you would expect from a “butcher shop” sale it kinda creeped me out, which makes it quite awesome. The box has some external cosmetic damage, but the house is perfect. Has instructions. Measures approximately 8”L x 5”Wx 7.5”H.
