18th Century French Toile de Jouy sale Fabric, Rare Colour

A piece of antique Toile de Jouy fabric, rare purple colour. The toile dates from the early 1800's. A white linen dating from the same period has been used for the back. Probably used as a bed curtain.

In very good antique condition. Some stains.

Measures 80 x 51 cm.
