The image is embellished with enamel paint and covered with hardened, non toxic glass like resin. The stones are high quality Afghanistan Lapis Lazuli and genuine turquoise. The metal component is 22K gold plated. The small heart bead is vintage Murano glass I purchased from a shop in Toronto.
