In order to download the updated version needed to use the watch, you sale will need to sideload Huawei AppGallery and download the Health app from there. The watch will not work without an updated version of Huawei Health. If you do not wish to sideload apps, or are uncomfortable doing so, you may want to consider a different watch. On iOS you can simply download the Huawei Health app from the App Store. This is the Huawei Watch 3 46mm in excellent condition. There is some very minimal scratching on the back and front.
